Brown Sugar Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium carrots, scraped and sliced
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Place carrots in pan with melted butter, onions, salt, parsley and sugar.
    Cover closely and simmer over very low flame for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
    Serves 2.
