Creamed Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
    2 c. biscuit mix
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 8-inch square baking pan.
    Mix other ingredients together and pour into hot pan.
    Do not stir in the margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, until done.
    Cool slightly; cut and serve.
    This is a nice change from regular cornmeal bread.
