Blueberry Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. blueberries
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    dash of salt
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix blueberries, lemon and cinnamon.
    Place in a well buttered 8-inch square pan, 2-inches deep.
    Cream sugar and butter. Add milk. Sift baking powder with flour and salt and add to butter mixture.
    Spread this over berries.
    Mix together the additional sugar with cornstarch and salt.
    Sprinkle over batter.
    Pour the cup of boiling water over the top but do not stir. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with whipped cream.
