Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 2/3 c. shortening
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar (white)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients with the shortening, cutting it in until mixture is the size of peas.
    Beat the egg, water and vinegar with a fork.
    Add to flour mixture; mix well.
    Form into a ball.
    Divide ball into four (4) pieces.
    Each piece will roll to make one (8 or 9-inch) pie crust.
    Unused portions may be wrapped and stored in refrigerator for a week or freezer about 1 month.
