Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese bricks
    1 pkg. (dry mix) Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1 c. Miracle Whip or mayo
    1 c. milk (add slowly, may not need all)
    4 oz. grated cheese
    chopped vegetables *
Preparation
    *Suggest 6 green onions, broccoli florets, red and green pepper.
