Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large Mushrooms
    8 oz. fresh Crabmeat (for the rich, you can use Lobster)
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Pepper
    2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice or 1 fresh squeezed Lemon
    1/2 c. Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Preparation
    Wash Mushrooms thoroughly.
    Separate the caps from the stems. Place caps upside down in serving dish.
    Finely chop remaining stems; set aside.
    Mix Crabmeat, Bread Crumbs, chopped Mushroom stems, Salt, Pepper, and Lemon Juice.
    Use a melon scoop or teaspoon to scoop out stuffing.
    Fill each cap.
    Once all caps are filled place under broiler for up to 5 minutes or until stuffing browns.
    If an electric stove the broiler setting would be high.
