Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini
    1 large onion, chopped or minced
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Wash zucchini.
    Cut lengthways into quarters.
    Cook in microwave about 5 minutes.
    (Cover with plastic wrap.)
    Cut zucchini into bite size cubes and add to onion.
    Stir together cheese, Accent, salt and pepper.
    Add to vegetables and stir in beaten eggs.
    Melt butter and add to bread crumbs; put on top of mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until a knife, when inserted in the center, comes out clean.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
