Bread Pudding For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft bread cubes
    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    dash of salt
    1/3 c. raisins
    vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Place bread in a greased 1-quart baking dish. In a bowl, whisk egg and milk. Stir in the brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Pour over bread. Sprinkle with raisins. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve warm with ice cream. Yields 2 servings.
