Candied Pecan Halves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Bring sugar and sour cream to a boil.
    Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in vanilla and as many nuts as sugar and cream will cover.
    When coating begins to set, spread on cookie sheet to cool.
