Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained
    pork chops
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Brown pork chops.
    Place in roaster and cover with sauce.
    Double for more than 5 persons.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Also good with chicken.
