Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
4 oz. Key lime juice (you can substitute lime and lemon)
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Beat egg yolks well.
Add condensed milk.
Mix on low.
Add juice and cream of tartar.
Mix well.
Pour into crust and bake until set 10 to 15 minutes.
Freeze for at least 3 hours before topping with meringue.
This pie will keep for several days.
