Simple Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom gravy
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix 1/4 cup gravy, beef, bread crumbs, onion and egg thoroughly.
    Shape firmly into 4 patties.
    In skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil.
    Brown patties.
    Pour off fat.
    Add remaining gravy.
    Heat to a boil.
    Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until done.
