Steak Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plain flour
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. cube steak, cut into serving pieces
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. hot water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    Combine flour and Cheddar cheese.
    Dip steak in egg and coat with flour mixture.
    Press into steak.
    Brown in oil.
    Transfer to a shallow baking dish.
