Cheesy Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. sliced cheese
Preparation
    Break eggs into microwave-safe cereal bowl.
    Beat with fork until blended.
    Mix in milk, salt and pepper.
    Cut cheese into small pieces and add to egg mixture.
    Microwave on High, uncovered, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until eggs are just about set. Stir one time.
    For 2 to 3 servings, double all ingredients. Increase cooking time to 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes; stir 2 times.
