Avocado Cream Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 drops hot pepper sauce
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 soft avocado
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    green and yellow food coloring
    4 avocado crescents
Preparation
    In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender but not browned.
    Stir in flour, salt, pepper sauce, milk and broth. Cook and stir until smooth and soup comes to a boil.
    Simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes.
