Sausage Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. loose sausage
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Fry sausage until brown.
    Put in green pepper, onion and celery until soft.
    Put in the 4 cups water with noodle soup and rice.
    Add to sausage mixture.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Stir after 1/2 hour, then bake 1/2 hour more.
