Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium onion
3 medium zucchini squash
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
1 c. sour cream

Preparation

Cook squash and onion. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients. Save enough stuffing to put on top. Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
