Cheese Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 apples, peeled, cored and sliced (Granny Smith are good)
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    13 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 sleeve butter crackers (Ritz)
Preparation
    Cook apples until tender.
    Drain.
    Place in buttered casserole.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
