Homemade Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 ears of corn, cut off cob
    3 gal. fresh tomatoes
    1 c. butter beans (fresh)
    1 c. cut up okra
    1 c. green beans
    1 c. green peas
    1 c. onions
    1 c. any other kind vegetables you want in the soup
    1 bell pepper
    1 hot pepper
    2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. canning salt to each quart of soup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Put in a large boiler.
    After it begins to boil rapidly, boil 30 minutes longer. Then put in sterilized jars and seal.
    You can put the soup in freezer if you want. It's very good.
