No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    4 carrots
    1 green pepper, chopped or sliced
    1 large onion
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 stalks celery
    4 potatoes
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. V-8 juice
Preparation
    Combine and cook covered at 300\u00b0 for 5 hours.
