Mock Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted cake flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    5 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cake flour, sugar and hot water; let set overnight.
    Next day, beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add rest of ingredients and fold into overnight mixture.
    Can be baked in tube pan or a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Do not grease pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
