Frosted Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. Kraft French dressing
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. hot mashed potatoes
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
Preparation
    Combine meat, Kraft French dressing, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, onion and 2 eggs.
    Shape into oval loaf.
    Place in shallow baking dish; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Place on baking sheet or heatproof platter.
    Combine potatoes, beaten egg and Miracle Whip; frost loaf with the mashed potatoes.
    Broil until lightly browned. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
