Strawberry Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 c. cut up rhubarb
2 c. sliced strawberries
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Prepare pastry for 2-crust pie.
Stir together first 5 ingredients. Pour into unbaked crust.
Cut margarine into small pieces and dot top of pie.
Cover with top crust.
Be sure to cut air vents in top crust.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until crust is brown and juice bubbles through slits in crust.
