Antipasto Salad Tray - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head romaine lettuce, washed, dried and torn
    1/2 head iceberg lettuce
    3 green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. red cabbage, shredded
    1/2 lb. cubed Mozzarella
    summer sausage or pepperoni
    marinated artichokes, drained
    ripe olives
    green olives
    3 Italian plum tomatoes, quartered
    3 avocados
    2 roasted red peppers
Preparation
    Toss together salad ingredients and place on large platter. Then arrange attractively on a bed of lettuce the cheese, summer sausage, artichokes, red peppers, olives, tomatoes and avocados (marinate avocados in lemon juice with slice onion, garlic salt and pepper to taste).
    Top with Garlic Romano Vinaigrette.
