Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten by hand
1 to 1 1/2 c. Karo syrup
1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick melted butter
1 c. pecan pieces
2 uncooked 9-inch pie shells

Preparation

Add ingredients as in the order listed.
It is best to mix all the ingredients by hand, rather than mixer.
This is enough for 2 pies.
Do not preheat oven, then bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 40 minutes.
