Cabbage And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    3 large Irish potatoes
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 block oleo
    1 medium onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Use Pyrex casserole dish.
    Shred cabbage, slice potatoes and onion.
    Place a layer of cabbage, a layer of onion and a layer of potatoes.
    Repeat until bowl is full.
    Mix melted butter, mushroom soup, 1/2 cup water and season to taste.
    Pour over layered mixture.
    Bake in covered bowl until vegetables are tender in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    During baking time, remove lid and stir once.
