Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb round steak, cut into thin strips
    1/4 c soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp ginger
    1/4 c olive or canola oil
    1 c green onion, thinly sliced
    1 c green pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 Tbsp cornstarch
    1 c cold water
    2 ripe tomatoes, wedged
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
    Add beef, toss and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
    Heat oil, add beef and toss over high heat until cooked to desired doneness.
    Add vegetables.
    toss until tender-crisp, about 10 minutes.
    Mix cornstarch and water. Add to pan, stir and cook until thick.
    Add tomatoes and heat through.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
