Lemon Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes or 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    3 chicken breasts, split, skinned and halved
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine bread crumbs, cheese and parsley.
    Dip chicken in crumb mixture.
    Coat both sides and place on shallow baking dish.
    Melt margarine in small saucepan over low heat.
    Stir in lemon juice.
    Drizzle over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
