Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream oleo and sugar; add beaten eggs.
    Add vinegar while beating (do not overbeat); fold in raisins, pecans, coconut and vanilla.
    Pour mixture into pie shell and bake 40 to 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
