Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. bell peppers, diced
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of pepper
    6 slices tomato
    3/4 c. potato chips, crushed
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix chicken, celery, 1/2 of the cheese, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and seasoning. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart greased casserole. Cover with tomato slices. Bake 35 minutes and top with remaining cheese and potato chips. Continue baking until cheese melts.
