Shrimp And Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked Minute premium long grain rice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. green peas, thawed and drained
    1 lb. medium shrimp, cooked
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
Preparation
    Mix together ingredients until well blended; chill.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
