Salmon Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. salmon
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 small green onion, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. dill
    2 tsp. capers
Preparation
    Blend ingredients together at medium speed until smooth.
    Pour mixture into small bowl.
    Stir in capers.
    Cover bowl and chill for 2 to 3 hours.
    Serve on cracker or use as dip for chips.
