Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (No. 2) cans pineapple chunks
    2/3 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 box crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Place pineapple chunks on bottom of a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix flour and sugar; sprinkle on top of pineapple.
    Top with cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Melt margarine and pour over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
