Hazelnut Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c. prepared pumpkin
1 c. water
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. each ground cinnamon, ground cloves, grated nutmeg and ground allspice
2 c. chopped hazelnuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Blend together\tsugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin; mix well. Sift together
dry
ingredients and add alternately with water to pumpkin mixture.
Stir
in nuts and raisins.
Divide batter among 3 greased 5
x
9-inch
loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
