Tangy Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. lime gelatin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. grated onions
    2 tsp. chopped green bell peppers
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. fresh tomatoes, diced
    1 c. cucumbers, diced
    6 lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
    Add cold water, vinegar, onion and green pepper.
    Stir in black pepper and chill until slightly thickened.
    Fold in diced tomato and cucumber.
    Pour in 1 quart mold, which has been well-greased.
    Chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce leaves.
