Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    10 oz. pkg. mushrooms
    1/2 stick butter
    14 eggs
    8 oz. Colby Jack cheese
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown sausage. Slice mushrooms and brown in butter. Beat eggs and pour over mushrooms. Cook until almost done and add sausage to mixture. Top with cheese. Place in oven until cheese is melted. Warm tortillas and serve with picante sauce.
