Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. coarsely grated carrots
    1 1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil and eggs; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Sift together dry ingredients; add to oil mixture.
    Beat at low speed for 1 minute.
    Add grated carrots and nuts.
    Spread batter in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour, until cake tests done with toothpick.
