Tirami-Su - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Savoiardi ladyfingers
    10 eggs, separated
    10 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. coffee, room temperature
    2 lb. Mascarpone cheese
    1 c. rum
    2 oz. grated chocolate or semi-sweet cocoa
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks and sugar together.
    Add Mascarpone cheese; blend well.
    Beat egg whites until peaks form; fold into cheese mixture.
