Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef, cooked
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans, pork removed
    20 shakes onion salt
    3 shakes garlic salt
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix together and cook for 30 minutes.
    If chili is thin, decrease water.
    If too thick, add more water.
