Carrot Tea Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 3/4 c. flour
1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. finely shredded carrots
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Beat eggs, sugar and oil in large mixing bowl.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and add to egg mixture.
Stir in carrots.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until center springs back.
Cool 10 minutes in pan.
Remove and cool completely.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or a cream cheese frosting.
