Grandma'S Mincemeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean meat
    2 c. chopped meat
    4 c. chopped apples
    2 c. currants
    2 c. chopped raisins
    1 c. whole raisins
    1/2 c. chopped citron
    1/4 c. chopped orange peel
    1/4 c. chopped lemon peel
    1 c. chopped suet
    juice of 1 orange
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 1/2 c. meat stock
    1 1/2 c. cider
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
    3/4 Tbsp. cloves
Preparation
    Boil meat and cool in liquor.
    Mix all together and simmer slowly for one hour.
