Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. rice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 small can tomato soup or tomato juice
Preparation

Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion.
Make into small balls.
Place in pressure saucepan in which the tomato soup and water are heating.
Cook 10 minutes at 15 pounds pressure.
Let cool by itself.
Serves 5 or 6.
