Potatoes Elegante(Sour Cream And Cheese Potatoes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes (1 1/2 to 2 lb.)
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    6 to 8 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. chopped scallions (optional)
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except for potatoes.
    Add to potatoes.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes, uncovered, in 13 x 9-inch glass dish.
    While baking, stir a few times for even cooking.
