South Of The Border Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. bottled thick and chunky salsa
    1 small avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Pound breasts to flatten.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add chicken and saute about 2 minutes on each side.
