Smoked Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 to 20 lb.) turkey
ground cayenne pepper
1 onion
1/2 bell pepper, cut in 4 pieces
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
water to almost fill the pan
Preparation

Put on about 10 p.m. and cook all night.
