Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, sliced
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1/2 c. onion
    1 box chicken stuffing mix
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Slice squash and onion.
    Boil for 3 minutes.
    Mix cream cheese, soup, carrots and milk.
    Stir until creamy.
    Melt butter in pan and add seasoning packet from stuffing mix.
    Simmer about 10 minutes and add croutons.
    Sprinkle croutons on bottom of pan. Add squash and onion to creamy mixture.
    Pour in pan on croutons. Sprinkle some croutons on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
