Honey Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rolled oats
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. butter
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. molasses
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. warm water
6 c. flour
1/4 c. honey
Preparation

Combine oats, boiling water, butter, salt, molasses and honey. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Combine oat mixture and yeast. Add flour slowly.
Mix.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Let rise until double in size.
Put into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
Let rise to top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
