Cold German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans or 3 lb. potatoes, cooked and sliced
2/3 c. mayonnaise
6 Tbsp. vinegar or to taste
2/3 c. diced celery
6 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. pimiento
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
parsley
Preparation

Slice potatoes thinly.
Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, dry mustard, sugar and pepper into dressing.
Pour over potatoes, celery, onion and pimiento; mix.
Top with crumbled bacon and parsley; chill well.
Serves 8 to 10.
