Salad South Pacific - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh or canned pineapple chunks
    2 c. cold, cooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. raisins
    1/4 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. salad dressing
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, rice, celery and raisins.
    Toss lightly. Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over rice mixture and toss.
    Cover and chill.
    Serve in a bowl lined with crisp salad greens, if desired.
    Makes 6 servings.
