Barbecued Spare Ribs(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. spareribs, cut into two rib pieces
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. bottled steak sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. hickory smoke salt
    1 tsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Place spareribs on rack in baking pan in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes; turn and brown other side 10 to 15 minutes.
    Drain fat and put ribs in slow cooker.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
    Cover.
    Cook 6 to 8 hours.
